D & S Property Maintenance are a family based business and have over 30 years combined experience in the Design, Supply and Installation of Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms.

Operating in Barrow-in-Furness and surrounding areas of Cumbria, we offer a free planning, design and quotation service. Our design expert will plan your project, considering every need, and present the plans all in the comfort of your own home. Every client is treated individually.

We offer competitive rates and all materials are sourced at trade and this discount is then passed onto you. This helps to keep costs low and Labour is free from VAT. Where possible all materials are sourced locally, this helps to improve the impact on the Environment and all waste is recycled where ever possible.

We offer a wide selection of products, from flat pack to Bespoke available from all major manufactures. With samples available on request.

We work very closely with other qualified tradesmen; this enables us to offer the full concept to completion service.
